Pat Molloy
Pat is a long time resident of the St. Charles area, having lived here since 1993.
Before his career in real estate, Pat spent 16 years in the business world, 13 of them as an owner of a nationwide restaurant product and service company. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge of recruiting, marketing, customer service and management. He brings a fresh perspective and new ideas to the real estate world. He began his career in real estate in 2003, after partnering with Bob Bolz to form Molloy Bolz Properties, LLC, a commercial and land real estate company.
Pat is active in the community through St. Charles Boys Baseball and Girls Softball. He is a Casa/Guardian for abused and neglected kids in Kane County. He sits on several boards including St. Charles girls softball and the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra. He lives with his wife Carleen and their 2 children. Committed to outstanding customer service, he looks forward to serving the people of the Fox Valley and all of their real estate needs for years to come.
Bob Bolz
Bob Bolz has over 20 years experience in the Chicago area real estate industry with an extensive knowledge of both the residential and commercial markets. Bob’s areas of expertise include: identifying investment opportunities, site selection, entitlement work, contract negotiation, securing project financing, financial analysis, lease analysis and negotiation, and coordination with general and sub contractors.
Bob currently serves as the Treasurer of the Sugar Grove Economic Development Corporation as well as a member of the Greater St. Charles Education Foundation Board.
Amy Dillenburg
Amy, a Residential Realtor with Molloy Bolz Realty LLC, is a lifelong resident of St. Charles and a graduate of St. Charles High School. She also attended Thompson Junior High School and Davis Elementary. Amy graduated from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a B.A. in Social Work and spent twelve years as a probation officer for Kane County Court Services before getting her real estate license. She maintains strong ties with the community including coaching for the St. Charles Girls Softball League, past President of the Fox Ridge Elementary School PTO, Daisy/Brownie/Girl Scout leadership, and as the McGruff House Crime Watch phone tree police liaison. Amy has been in real estate since 2002. Amy resides in St. Charles with her husband, Tom, and her son and daughter.
Joe Murawski
Joe has been involved in real estate transactions on a professional level for over 13 years. His expertise is working with investors and individual buyers on securing rehab properties, foreclosures, short sales, income properties and other investment properties. He also has extensive remodeling experience/knowledge that he can draw upon in order to help clients with their vision for what a property could be, and with budgeting for such projects. Joe works in both the commercial and residential real estate markets.
Joe grew up in the Fox Valley and now lives in Wheaton with his wife Lynn and 2 preschool-aged kids. In his free time, Joe enjoys planning and completing home renovation projects.
